CHESTON HOUSE POLICIES

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE / ACCOMMODATION TO ANY GUEST.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM (1400)   Check-out time: 11:00 AM (1100)

Our rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional guest is $45.00 per night plus tax. Rates may be higher during holidays and a minimum stay may be required. All rates are subject to 13% Florida tax and are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for early departure.

Smoking Policy: ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Any guest who chooses not to comply with the policy, will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee and will be removed from the property by local officials.

Airline/Hospitality Industry rates on request. Reservations subject to availability. Contact resort for information.

Our property is inappropriate for children under the age of 18 years.
Minimum age requirement to reserve a room: 21 years old.

No pets are allowed.

We provide parking at the daily rate of $15.00 plus 7% tax.

A deposit of one-half (1/2) of the reservation is required to confirm with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay. During the Christmas and New Years holidays a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas and New Years). Deposits are only refundable when made within our cancellation policy time frame, minus a $75. service charge on the returned portion of the deposit. Reservations cancelled under 14 days of arrival date will result in 100% loss of deposit.

Hurricane Cancellation Policy: "Hurricane Warning," as defined by the National Weather Service is issued when sustained winds of 64 kt (74 mph) or higher associated with tropical cyclone are expected within 36 hours or less.

If the NWS issues a hurricane warning (as defined) for Broward County and/or a mandatory evacuation for the barrier island, unused portions of a stay will be refunded or the guest has the option of using the unused portion for a deposit towards a future stay..

Pre-Hurricane arrivals will be evaluated based upon arrival and departure date. For up to date hurricane storm tracks go to: www.weather.gov

If you are not sure about the weather try to make your reservation as close to your date as possible.

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance through an online seller of comprehensive travel insurance. We're not responsible for flight cancellations or unanticpated personal situations. Our cancellation policy, as stated, in your hotel confirmation applies.
