All rooms are non-smoking. Our rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional guest is $35.00 per night. Rates may be higher during holidays and a minimum stay may be required. All rates are subject to 11% Florida tax and are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for early departure..

Our property is inappropriate for children under the age of 18 years.
Small dog's are welcome for a $10.00 per day fee. 1 small dog is allowed per 'designated' room. A cleaning fee of $100.00 may be imposed upon inspection of room, after guest departure. Contact resort for information.
A deposit of one-half (1/2) of the reservation is required to confirm with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay. During the Christmas and New Years holidays a 100% deposit is required. The balance is payable upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas and New Years). Deposits are only refundable when made within our cancellation policy time frame minus a $30 handling and service charge on the returned portion of the deposit.
Hurricane Cancellation Policy
If there is a mandatory evacuation order for the barrier island, you can get a refund less the $30 cancellation fee or you can put your deposit on file for a future visit.
If you are not sure about the weather try to make your reservation as close to your date as possible. Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
